The Cookware Company is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator

The job:

As Marketing Coordinator, you are a key operational driver within the marketing team, supporting multiple brands across EMEA. You ensure that marketing activities are executed efficiently and consistently across channels, with a strong focus on trade marketing, content coordination, and in-store execution. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, organized profile who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys bringing structure to a wide variety of marketing projects. The Key Responsibilities:

  • You coordinate the development and rollout of POS materials across brands and markets, support sales teams with the right tools to drive in‑store visibility and rotation, monitor and optimize displays and retail activations across Europe, and ensure consistent cross‑brand retail execution.
  • You support the creation and distribution of marketing assets, coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, manage and upload product content into PIM systems such as Akeneo, and maintain a clear structure and easy access to all marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You support the day‑to‑day management of multiple social media accounts (posting, monitoring and responding where needed), help execute the social content calendar with the content team, and ensure a consistent brand presence across all platforms.
  • You manage product samples for internal teams, sales requests and collaborations, and act as the central coordination point between marketing, sales and external partners.
  • You support the organization of local and international trade shows and events by preparing operational plans, coordinating logistics to ensure smooth on‑site execution, and assisting with press events and customer activations.
  • You work closely with sales, product and marketing teams.
  • Reporting to the Brand Manager. The position is based in Drongen (Belgium).

This is you:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or similar.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role (internships included)
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-paced environment. Teamplayer with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Commercial mindset and affinity with retail / trade marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eager to work in a dynamic, international environment with muliple brands and markets
  • Fluent in English (Dutch & French are a plus)
  • A passion for cooking, healthy living, or sustainability is a strong plus — affinity with PFAS-free or eco-conscious products is highly valued
