The Cookware Company is currently seeking an Sr. E-Commerce Manager EMEA
The job:
We are looking for a Sr. E‑commerce Manager to drive profitable growth across our e‑commerce partners and marketplaces in Europe, with a strong focus on the Benelux region. In this role, you will own the full P&L, define the growth roadmap, and make strategic decisions on channels, assortment, content, and investments. A high‑impact role for a commercially driven leader with deep marketplace expertise and a passion for data‑driven growth.
- You shape the overall commercial direction by defining the assortment and pricing strategy through category and competitor insights, elevating the digital shelf with best‑in‑class content, and driving continuous improvements in discoverability and conversion through data‑led experimentation.
- You take full accountability for sales, gross margin and growth targets, continuously monitor performance to identify risks and opportunities and steer corrective actions, and build scalable growth strategies across channels, categories and product ranges.
- You drive performance marketing in collaboration with internal and external partners by optimizing media budgets and ROAS, improving tracking and scaling always-on and campaign activations across key e-commerce channels.
- You provide strategic leadership across forecasting and demand planning by steering daily‑to‑monthly forecasts, aligning with Supply Chain at SKU and category level, and strengthening overall inventory health by minimizing out‑of‑stocks, overstocks and slow‑moving items.
- You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams to optimize the full customer and fulfilment journey.
- You independently lead strategic negotiations with marketplaces, agencies and technology partners while overseeing contracts, SLAs and performance KPIs to ensure strong, long‑term commercial partnerships
- You lead and develop 2 team members by setting clear goals, coaching for high performance and operational excellence, and aligning with cross‑functional teams while communicating key decisions to senior stakeholders.
- You advise and support international e-commerce customers and local market teams by sharing best practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and enabling scalable execution across EMEA.
This is you:
- Proven experience with full P&L ownership and commercial steering. Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Highly motivated to build this role and set the benchmark for the kitchen category.
- Strong ability to build and scale growth strategies.
- Excellent business case and ROI modelling skills.
- Deep expertise with bol.com (seller experience required; vendor experience is a plus).
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with dashboards and data.
- Strong negotiation skills and autonomy in managing partners and investments.
- Leadership experience: coaching, developing and building a high performance team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English
- Work location: Drongen (Belgium), Wateringen (The Netherlands) or remote, depending on your place of residence.
