We are looking for an enthusiastic sales administrator to support the sales team with administrative tasks to support the growth in the DACH-region (Germany & Austria).

The job:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales manager
  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • Prepare and process sales reports and presentations
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales orders
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

This is you:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in the sales field (2-3 years)
  • Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Well-versed in supplier portals
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented and structured working style
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
