The job:
The Digital Project manager will plan, organize, control and coordinate the successful delivery of the Business Application projects (ERP, PLM, BI and CRM). He/she will be accountable for daily project management tasks such as project plan management, resourcing, scheduling, scope prioritization, and task coordination, to meet the milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets, and of the overall project management quality and governance.
The Global IT Team embodies the interaction between business & IT, supports the transformation to a Digital organization and operates on a global basis and frequently interacts with business stakeholders globally on the one hand and with development resources (internal/external) on the other hand. The Global IT Team acts as supplier, Business Partner and ultimately Growth Enabler for the Business.
- Coordinate the implementation and adoption of IT projects in the portfolio, including the implementation of both global and local IT solutions and processes.
- Manage the portfolio of IT projects, bringing consistency between the different projects in terms of timelines, resources, scope, budget.
- Establish a governance around project demand management and portfolio management.
- Perform scope definition, risk/issue analyses (RAID) and quality management to ensure qualitative and on time project delivery.
- Develop and oversee IT demand, capacity, and resource availability.
- Provide IT expertise to support the sizing of the projects in scope, as well as identifying and validating User Requirements.
- Schedule, control and direct the resources, people, funding and facilities to achieve the objectives of the portfolio of IT projects.
- Establish budgets and timelines and complete project closure reports.
- Liaise with other relevant IT & Business functions to ensure adherence and compliance in terms of business requirements but also IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data compliance, and internal controlling / audit compliance.
- Ensure the reporting and communications regarding the overall portfolio status.
- You will be responsible for third-party vendor management
- You will report to the Group IT Director.
- You will take an active part in the budgeting process.
This is you:
- 1 – 2 years of project management experience in ERP, CRM and BI international implementations and 3-5 years of experience as business analyst in ERP implementation
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as, project charter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule
- Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements
- Experience with AX2012 or Dynamics 365F&O
- Team Player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both written & spoken
- Experience with MS Project Online, JIRA or MS DevOps is a plus
- Knowledge in project management methodologies and best practices, such as PRINCE2, PMP is a plus
- Willingness to travel (10%) and can work from our office in Drongen (BE).
